Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with AdaraStyles LLC We value your business and strive to provide high-quality wigs and digital courses that meet your needs. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Wigs, Lace, and Extensions: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of wigs are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any wig purchases.

2. Digital Courses Sales Are Final

  • All digital items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to: courses, tutorials, webinars, replays, guides, PDFs, downloads, templates, checklists, digital files, memberships/subscriptions (if applicable), and any other digital resources. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, cancellations, charge reversals, or store credits will be issued. 

 

  • ACCESS EQUALS DELIVERY

A digital product is considered delivered and fulfilled once any form of access is provided, including:

    • an email containing the product or access instructions,
    • a download link (PDF or file delivery),
    • a portal/login link (if applicable), or
    • viewable access in any format.
    • We maintain records that may include access logs, download timestamps, delivery confirmations, and checkout confirmations as proof of delivery.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

    Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • accidental purchases
    • duplicate purchases
    • failure to read the product description before buying
    • change of mind
    • lack of results (results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and skill level)
    • device issues, compatibility issues, internet issues, or inability to open/use files
    • claiming non-receipt when delivery/access logs confirm access was provided
    • dissatisfaction based on personal preference after access is delivered
  • PRICING ERRORS, COUPONS, AND PROMOTIONS

    We do not provide refunds or credits due to:

    • missed sale periods, discount codes, or promotions
    • price differences before/after purchase
    • failure to apply a coupon code at checkout
    • limited-time offers ending after purchase
  • CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

    Any chargeback or dispute filed after access has been delivered is considered a violation of this policy and may be treated as fraudulent.
    In the event of a dispute, we will submit documentation such as:

    • IP Address Logs
    • access/download timestamps
    • email delivery confirmations
    • checkout page policy agreement confirmation
    • this return/refund policy

Customers who file chargebacks may be:

    • restricted from future purchases, and/or
    • immediately revoked from access to all purchased digital content (where applicable), and/or
    • pursued for the full purchase amount, dispute fees, and associated administrative costs as allowed by law.

 

BILLING AUTHORIZATION

By purchasing, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder and agree that all payments are final once digital access is provided. Unauthorized purchases should be addressed with your financial institution immediately; however, delivery records may still be submitted in response to disputes.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT (ACCESS ISSUES ONLY)

If you experience trouble accessing your product, you must contact us within 48 hours at: Support@Adarastylesllc.com
We will assist by resending links, correcting email delivery issues, or updating access instructions.
Technical support does not qualify as a refund reason.

  • All digital products are licensed for individual use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, upload, resell, or transfer any content.
    Unauthorized sharing may result in:

    • immediate termination of access (without refund)
    • permanent ban from future purchases
    • legal action where appropriate

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Product Return & Refund Policy. Continued access or use of our digital products constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

3. Exceptions (Hair ONLY)

While all sales are final, we understand that issues may arise in certain situations. We will consider exceptions under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a wig that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for the defective item.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing a digital course, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if it cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or credit.

4. How to Request an Exception (Hair ONLY)

To request an exception under the conditions mentioned above, please contact us at support@adarastylesllc.com with the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or damaged product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.
