Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AdaraStyles Extensions. We are committed to delivering premium-quality extensions and ensuring your experience is smooth from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

All AdaraStyles Virgin Extensions are made-to-order. After purchase, orders are proccessed.  Our vendor typically ships to us within approximately 3 business days. Once received, we complete quality control and ship your order within 24–48 hours. Estimated total delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Timeframe

After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 1 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated total delivery time: 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Hair-Included Appointments & Local Pickup

If you have booked a Hair-Included Appointment with AdaraStyles, your extensions will be prepared and available directly at your appointment.

In this case, shipping does not apply.

You will receive your extensions in person at the time of service.

If you are not booking an appointment and selected Local Pickup as your shipping option, please note that I do not keep hair on hand and it will take at least 7 business days for local pickup to be ready. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

AdaraStyles Extensions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at Support@adarastylesllc.om Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, AdaraStyles Extensions is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.
If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist you to the best of our ability, but carrier-related issues are outside of our control.

8. International Shipping

At this time, AdaraStyles Extensions ships primarily within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
