What started as one woman's personal journey has grown into a brand dedicated to helping women feel seen, represented, and beautiful in every stage of their hair journey.

Long before AdaraStyles LLC existed, I was simply a young woman trying to regain confidence in my own hair.
After experiencing significant hair loss due to alopecia, I struggled to find solutions that looked natural, felt authentic, and allowed me to feel like myself again.
Wigs became more than a hairstyle—they became a source of confidence.
As I learned everything I could about installations, customization, and hair health, friends and family began asking me to do theirs.
What began as helping those closest to me quickly became something much bigger.
In March 2022, AdaraStyles LLC was born.
More Than Beautiful Hair

From the very beginning, I knew I wanted this business to be different.
My goal was never to create installs that looked good for a photo.
I wanted to create installs that looked beautiful weeks later.
I wanted women to leave my chair feeling confident enough to walk through life without worrying whether someone could tell they were wearing extensions.
That commitment to quality, precision, and longevity became the foundation of everything we do.
Representation Matters

As the beauty industry evolved, I noticed something missing.
Women with textured hair often had to straighten, manipulate, or compromise their natural curls just to blend with extensions that weren't truly made for them.
That didn't sit right with me.
Every woman deserves extensions that work with her texture, not against it.
That belief inspired one of our proudest innovations:

Created to celebrate and complement Type 3 and Type 4 hair, this collection was designed so women could wear extensions that actually resemble the hair growing from their own scalp.

Appointment & Booking
At AdaraStyles LLC, every appointment is designed to provide a luxury, professional, and personalized experience from the moment you book until you leave the chair.
To ensure every client receives the highest level of service, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Appointment & Booking Policy, our Terms of Service, and all other applicable Company policies.
Booking Your Appointment
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
A non-refundable booking fee or retainer is required to secure your appointment. The required amount will be displayed at checkout when booking.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking process has been completed and the required payment has been successfully received.
Appointment Preparation
To provide the highest quality service and maximize appointment efficiency, clients are expected to follow all preparation instructions provided before their appointment.
Preparation requirements may vary depending on the selected service.
Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in:
- Additional service fees.
- Modification of the scheduled service.
- Reduced appointment time.
- Appointment cancellation when necessary.
Hair-Included Services
For Hair-Included Services, AdaraStyles LLC sources and prepares the hair specifically for your appointment.
Clients are responsible for booking sufficiently in advance to allow adequate time for order fulfillment.
Current fulfillment timelines are available within our Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy.
Appointment Changes
We understand that unexpected situations happen.
Requests to reschedule or modify an appointment are governed by the current rescheduling timeframe published by AdaraStyles LLC.
Requests submitted outside of the permitted timeframe may be subject to additional fees, forfeiture of the booking fee, or other applicable booking policies.
Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
A grace period may be offered as outlined in the current booking requirements.
Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time, additional fees, appointment cancellation, or the need to reschedule if sufficient time is no longer available to complete the service properly.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice may forfeit all booking fees and may be subject to restrictions on future bookings at the discretion of AdaraStyles LLC.
Payment
Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment using the payment methods accepted by AdaraStyles LLC.
Accepted payment methods are communicated during the booking process and may be updated from time to time.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review their completed service before leaving their appointment.
If you have concerns regarding the workmanship of your service, please communicate them before departing whenever reasonably possible so that appropriate solutions may be discussed.
Requests based solely on changes in personal preference after leaving the appointment do not constitute workmanship concerns.
Professional Recommendations
Every recommendation provided by AdaraStyles LLC is made with the health, longevity, and integrity of your natural hair as the highest priority.
While client preferences are always respected, the Company reserves the right to decline any request that, in our professional judgment, could compromise the health of your natural hair or produce unrealistic expectations.
Aftercare
The longevity and appearance of your service depend greatly upon proper maintenance after your appointment.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by AdaraStyles LLC.
Failure to follow recommended maintenance practices may affect the longevity and appearance of the completed service.
Respectful Environment
AdaraStyles LLC is committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for every client.
Disrespectful behavior, harassment, discrimination, threats, or conduct that creates an unsafe or disruptive environment may result in refusal of service, appointment termination, or restrictions on future bookings.

Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Every Order, Prepared with Purpose
At AdaraStyles LLC, quality is our priority. Unlike mass-produced inventory, many of our products are made-to-order or fulfilled specifically for each customer after an order is placed. This allows us to carefully inspect every order before it leaves our hands, ensuring you receive the premium quality and customer experience our brand is known for.
Please review the information below before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect throughout the fulfillment and shipping process.
Order Processing
Order processing begins once your payment has been successfully received and verified.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. During product launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of increased order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified using the email address provided at checkout.
Virgin Hair Extension Orders
All virgin hair extensions, closures, and frontals are fulfilled specifically for your order.
Our fulfillment process includes:
- Production and preparation by our fulfillment partner.
- Delivery to AdaraStyles LLC.
- Quality inspection.
- Secure packaging.
- Shipment to the customer.
Estimated fulfillment time for standard hair extension orders is 7–10 business days before shipment.
Please note that this estimate applies to processing and fulfillment only. Shipping transit time is additional.
Custom Wig Orders
Custom wig orders—including but not limited to Closure Wigs, Frontal Wigs, U-Part Wigs, V-Part Wigs, Half Wigs, Ready-to-Wear Wigs, and other custom units—require additional production time due to their individualized construction and customization.
Estimated production timelines are listed on each product page.
If an order contains both custom-made items and standard products, AdaraStyles LLC may ship the order together once all items are complete unless otherwise communicated.
Pre-Orders
Occasionally, AdaraStyles LLC may offer products through pre-orders or exclusive product launches.
Pre-order items are fulfilled according to the estimated timeline displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a pre-order acknowledges and accepts the published estimated fulfillment timeline.
Shipping
Once your order has completed processing and fulfillment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping transit times are determined by the selected shipping method and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by AdaraStyles LLC.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the shipping label has been created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.
AdaraStyles LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, additional shipping fees, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to update your information before shipment, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
AdaraStyles LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit.
Customers experiencing shipping issues should first contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
If additional documentation is needed to assist with a carrier claim, AdaraStyles LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide available shipping records.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to fulfill every order within our estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Carrier delays
- Supply chain interruptions
- High order volume

- Natural disasters

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.
Separate Orders
Orders placed separately cannot be combined after checkout.

Refunds & Returns
Our Commitment to Transparency
At AdaraStyles LLC, we believe every customer deserves clear expectations before making a purchase. Because we offer a combination of made-to-order products, custom services, digital education, and professional beauty services, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of purchase.

Hair Extension Products
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products and our quality assurance process, all virgin hair extension sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

- Texture collections
- Sale items
- Promotional purchases
This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged due to a shipping issue or you believe you received the incorrect item, please contact AdaraStyles LLC within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Custom Wig Orders
Every custom wig is individually created specifically for the customer.
For this reason, all custom wig sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for custom-made units unless required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, cap sizes, lace selections, customization options, and order details before completing their purchase.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- Digital downloads
- PDFs
- Templates
- Memberships

Refunds will not be provided due to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to read the description

Professional Beauty Services
Appointment retainers, booking fees, and deposits are governed by our separate Booking Policy.
Refund eligibility for completed services is determined according to that policy.
AdaraStyles LLC is committed to providing quality workmanship and encourages clients to communicate any workmanship concerns before leaving their appointment whenever reasonably possible.
Requests based solely on a change in personal preference after the service has been completed do not qualify for a refund.
Coaching & Educational Services
Coaching sessions, consultations, mentorship calls, and educational services are reserved specifically for each client.
Once a coaching session has been completed, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
If a scheduling issue arises prior to the appointment, please refer to our Booking Policy for applicable rescheduling procedures.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, customization, or shipping preparation, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact AdaraStyles LLC within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, please include:

- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Each request will be reviewed individually.
Chargebacks

Because virgin hair is a natural product, each bundle is unique. Slight variations in curl pattern, wave pattern, density, texture, color, luster, and strand composition are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent the overall appearance of each texture; however, no two bundles are identical.

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system. A required retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
How long does shipping take?
Standard virgin hair extension orders typically require approximately 7–10 business days for fulfillment before shipment.
Why does it take 7–10 business days?
Every order is fulfilled specifically for you.
Your hair is prepared by our fulfillment partner, inspected by AdaraStyles LLC, packaged, and then shipped to ensure you receive premium quality.
Are your bundles raw hair?
Our collection primarily consists of premium Virgin Human Hair, with select Raw Hair options available where specified.
Can I color the hair?
Yes.
Because our hair is 100% human hair, it can generally be colored by an experienced professional. We always recommend strand testing first.
Can I return my bundles?
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, all hair extension sales are final unless required by law or an error occurred during fulfillment.
Do courses include lifetime access?
